Prior to joining Embark, Miles was a commercial and investment banker for 12 years working with energy companies (PE backed to Large Accelerated Filers). He has a background in Credit Underwriting and accessing the Capital Markets.
As the Managing Director of Market Development, Miles is focused on Client satisfaction and building relationships with strategic Evangelists for Embark. He works extensively with capital providers such as Banks and Private Equity Firms and their Clients/Portfolio Companies.
Miles also serves on the Advisory Board for a Minerals and Royalties Company based out of Dallas, TX.
When not working, Miles enjoys spending time with his family. He is an outdoors enthusiast and loves to play and watch sports.
